Door Transfer Louver

Air has to leave a room even when the door is shut: make-up for exhaust, or pressure transfer between zones. Transfer louvers mount in doors and partitions with slim fixed bars and a sight-proof core, moving air quietly while blocking view and closing the privacy gap.

Common questions

Why does a toilet need a transfer grille?

An exhaust fan can only remove the air that can replace it. A transfer grille in the door or wall lets corridor air flood in, so the extractor actually extracts: the quiet fix for smelly, under-ventilated washrooms.

What is a sight-proof core?

Z-shaped or staggered channels that pass air but block a direct line of sight: privacy where a door grille would otherwise read as a viewing slot.
