Mini Pleat Gel Seal HEPA Filter: 0.3 Micron (H13–H14)

A HEPA filter is only as good as its seal, and gaskets leak. The gel-seal design drops a knife-edge frame into a channel of non-drying gel: a bubble-tight seal with no compression set, no torque sequence, no re-tightening. The standard for pharma ceiling grids and validated cleanroom terminals.

Common questions

Why gel-seal instead of a gasket?

Gaskets relax, torque and leak; a knife edge sitting in non-drying gel cannot. The seal is bubble-tight for the life of the filter with no re-tightening: which is why GMP auditors expect it in ceiling grids.

Does the gel need maintenance?

No. The gel channel is non-drying and non-organic: it stays soft for years. Re-seat the filter after inspection and the seal re-forms immediately.
