Hayan HVAC Engineering began as a small fabrication unit in Surat with one conviction: the products that clean and carry air through a building deserve the same care as anything a person can see and touch.
Today, that conviction ships from Surat to projects across India: HEPA filter banks in hospital corridors, jet nozzles in airport terminals, fire dampers behind the walls of towers and factories. The company has grown, the machines have multiplied, and the conviction has not changed.

Our own catalogue is made here, not bought for resale: aluminium is extruded, cut, formed and welded under one roof, and coatings are applied on site. What a project needs that we don’t build ourselves, we supply from brands we vet and stand behind. Dimensions come from your drawings, verified against your site. When a truck leaves for a project in another state, what is on it was made or sourced here, by people whose names we know.

The house of brands
Each filter family we build earns its own name: Accurate guards the AHU, Star rides the FCU, Kaizen polishes the fine dust, HEPA finishes the job. Specialists beat generalists, so we let each product stand for one thing and made sure it stands for it well.
Invisible does not mean unimportant. The quality of a grille's blade spacing is felt in every hour the building runs.
Throw distances, pressure drops and noise levels are tested, not assumed. If a number matters, we measure it.
HVAC arrives last on a site and is needed first at handover. Our production planning treats your commissioning date as a product feature.
