High Temperature HEPA Filter: 0.3 Micron (H13–H14)

Ordinary HEPA adhesives soften long before 200°C. High-temperature HEPA builds the pack with inorganic separators and heat-cured bonds in a full metal frame, holding H13-class efficiency through continuous hot service in drying ovens, depyrogenation tunnels and sterilizers.

Common questions

Why does heat ruin ordinary HEPA filters?

Standard HEPA packs rely on organic adhesives and separators that soften well below 200°C. High-temperature builds replace every organic component with inorganic separators, heat-cured bonds and a full metal frame.

What temperatures can these filters take?

250°C continuous service with excursions to 350°C: matched to drying ovens, depyrogenation tunnels and sterilizer exhaust where clean air and hot air are the same requirement.
