Mini Pleat HEPA Filter: 0.3 Micron (H13–H14)

Mini-pleat HEPA replaces aluminium separators with hot-melt ribs, packing more glass fibre media into the same frame at lower resistance. That means lower fan energy for the same 99.95%+ efficiency, and a fully sealed pack that passes scan testing at H13 and H14.

Common questions

Mini-pleat versus deep-pleat HEPA: what is the difference?

Deep-pleat uses aluminium separators and suits maximum dust holding; mini-pleat uses hot-melt ribbons and packs more media per frame at lower pressure drop. Both reach H13/H14: the choice follows fan energy and housing depth.

Is every HEPA filter tested?

Each filter is individually tested before dispatch and carries its efficiency grade on the frame, so the filter that arrives is the grade that was ordered.
